Povidone Iodine Antiseptic Solution

Description

Derma Doctor Povidone-Iodine Solution 10% is an antiseptic solution commonly used to prevent infection in wounds and to sterilize skin before surgery. Has a rapid and prolonged germicidal action against wide spectrum of pathogenic organisms including bacteria, fungi, protozoa and viruses. It is also active against bacterial spores. It’s activity persists as long as the colour remains. The golden brown colour serves to highlight the disinfected areas.

INDICATIONS: Degerming of the skin pre-and post-operatively for surgical procedures. For the antiseptic treatment of superficial wounds, traumatic injuries, burns, vaginal preparations prior to a surgical procedure etc.

• Healthcare antiseptic for preparation of the skin prior to surgery

• Antiseptic cleanser for preparation of skin prior to an injection
